I found it odd people didn't seem to realize the engine was in the front of the car. I had a hard time believing how many apparently idle people were just kinda there. A lot of overhead goes into a $160 oil change. Professional and courteous.

I just had my car in for service and found out it was burning oil. Thanks to Rod Price he was able to diagnose the issue and provide me with a a positive solution on getting it repaired. I figured they were going to have my car for at least a week maybe more but they only had it for 2 days and all the repairs were taken care of. I am grateful for all they did for me. Rod was very knowledgeable and showed great care and concern for my situation. I would highly recommend Hank Graff Chevrolet to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. The professionalism and care they show to everyone is second to none. Thank You Rod and the entire service department for all you did for me.

I got an oil change (synthetic), engine filter replacement and tire rotation for $152 They might have even topped off my wiper fluid again I'm not sure I wasn't there, they did last time I got an oil change, but it only took roughly 40 minutes and they're very professional and nice and informative. If you have any questions they will explain anything. Great service 5/5

I spotted a used SUV at Hank Graff that seemed to match what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I reached out and they followed up quickly. Got me scheduled for a walk around and test drive. They looked at my old truck… and we talked a deal. The dealer (Todd Bailey) was friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. He was a pleasure to deal with… as was the dealership in general.
